When siblings Emmett and Alice get sucked into their video game console, their rivalry becomes their biggest obstacle. Guided by the mysterious Player 1, the kids find themselves in a new video game world each day, facing epic challenges that teach them lessons about teamwork, forgiveness, and the power of God's love. SOCCER CAMP INFORMATION:
Sardis Kids Soccer Camp (formerly known as VBS Soccer Camp) will run every evening 6:00-8:00 PM, Monday to Friday, July 7-11, 2025. This week-long summer camp program for kids includes high-energy soccer, fun songs, and meaningful discussion time to learn more about God's love. We will be registering up to 168 kids, and these kids will be divided into teams of about ten kids, grouped by similar ages. Each team will be led by a Team Leader along with a couple of awesome Team Helpers.
Each evening will begin on the field at 6:00pm. Team Leaders and Helpers will guide their teams through a variety of simple soccer drills in a fun environment, followed by a soccer match against other teams! Next, all the teams will head into the Church for what we call "Zone Time", which is the indoor portion of our program featuring fun songs, an episode of our very own homemade movie containing Bible lessons about God's love, and more! After Zone Time, kids will head back to the field for a short discussion time with their teams where kids can reflect on the evening, share what they learned, and form strong connections with their peers, Leaders, and Helpers. At 8:00pm, parents can pick up their kids from the field.
Each day, your child(ren) will leave excited for more, already looking forward to coming back again the following day! By the end of the week, your child will have grown in confidence, made new friends, deepened their understanding of God's love, and had an unforgettable time playing soccer! - The $50 registration fee (or $100 per family) includes the cost of the camp, a camp t-shirt, a wristband, and also a soccer ball they get to take home at the end of the week. Full refunds will be available before June 15th.
- Snack will be provided each evening, but please bring a labelled water bottle for your child.
- Parents are welcome to stay and watch, but you can also just drop your kids off with their Team Leader on the field at 6:00pm and pick them up again at 8:00pm.
- If you have kids who are too young to participate in the camp, but still want to join in on the fun, we will have some kids activities set up which we call "Kid Central". This will include activities such as crafts, face painting by our volunteers, and even a bouncy castle! Note that a parent or guardian must supervise their children at all times in this area.

TAKE AIM — LEADERSHIP TRAINING PROGRAM:
For kids born in 2014, who are too old to participate in the Soccer Camp but still too young to become a volunteer, we have a program called Take Aim. Kids in Take Aim get to strenghten their leadership skills by assisting in various areas of the Soccer Camp each day, while still having a lot of fun! Space is limited for Take Aim, as we are only accepting 16 kids. Take Aim registration is $25 per child.
